 I would like to pass on my thanks to Karen over the last few months.

I had been struggling for 6 - 12 months with reoccurring calf issues and I set myself an aim to run the 10k at Glasgow Green in February 24.

I visited the clinic in October 23 to look into my issues and Karen quickly found what she believed was the cause of my persistent calf problems and we worked on a programme to resolve my issues.

The programme and sessions were first class and the level of service received was fantastic and I am delighted to say I completed the 10k.
I also now have a plan to follow to maintain my level of fitness and can’t thank Karen enough.

 I suffered with lower back pain for 5 years. I had already tried physio which hadn't helped. GP just wanted to prescribe pain killers. A friend convinced me to give Steven @ optimal a try & I'm glad I did. On the first consultation he explained what happened with my back, why the previous physio didn't work & gave me a clear plan of how we could fix it and how long it would take. Five months & 8 sessions later I m pleased to say my back is normal again, I never actually thought I would get back to that. Staff are all very friendly & helpful.
